Passengers of Marella Cruises embarking in the home port of Dubrovnik - Gruž will arrive at the port managed by the Port Authority of Dubrovnik. Disembarkation from buses takes place in front of the passenger terminal “Našička”, located at Obala Ivana Pavla II 44.

Upon entering the terminal, passengers proceed through the following steps:

After completing all procedures, passengers walk to the ship, which is located approximately 50 to 100 meters from the terminal exit.
For passengers with disabilities, an accessible vehicle for passengers with reduced mobility is available upon request, operated by the Port Authority of Dubrovnik. This service must be arranged in advance through the local tour operator.

Passengers embarking on cruise ships/ferries from the Port of Dubrovnik whose itinerary requires exit from the Republic of Croatia use the main passenger terminal, located in the building of the Port Authority of Dubrovnik at Obala Ivana Pavla II 1.

After completing all checks and crossing the border point, passengers are transported by shuttle van or bus to their respective cruise ships/ferries. The berths are located along a quay up to 1,000 meters in length.
